Lisa is helping me eat better (making wiser choices) and work-out. She is very supportive and really works with your to help understand how you can make changes. You start out little and grow on it. I like her positive attitude!
Lisa is an experienced, highly knowledgeable, careful and very attentive professional. She sees what’s happening in our sessions and give very good feedback and guidance. As a 72 year old client I find her an expert in dealing with whatever limitations. I present as an older client, physical or psychological. If I am limited in some ways, we find a work around. Equally important to me is that Lisa has a wonderful disposition and intelligent quickness that makes our sessions both productive and fun. She knows when to push me (always very pleasantly) and when to back off, a bit.
It is clear to me that I will want her to be my trainer and conditioner for the foreseeable future. I have worked with other very good professional trainers, over the years. Lisa is the best! There is a reason she has so many lifelong clients.

Lisa is an outstanding trainer and goes beyond the normal bounds of the physical training aspect. She understands that physical fitness is tied to your diet as well. She has been outstanding in helping my wife and I design our exercise routine and diet not just for a quick weight loss but for a lifetime of healthy living. There aren’t enough accolades to express our satisfaction with Lisa’s training, physical and diet, and her sincere friendship as well. I have worked with another trainer who I thought was outstanding but now experiencing Lisa, she takes it to another level. Lisa is a gem! We started out at as colleagues almost 20 years ago in the fitness industry. She is authentic, fun, energizing, professional and experienced. Lisa brings a “can do” attitude which is very uplifting. I am pretty frail and yet Lisa has tailored a workout perfect for my limitations. It pushes me without being too overwhelming. I appreciate her attention to detail. I had a trainer before who did not really notice the things that Lisa does. I like having her show me how I can do the exercise better and make the work out more effective. Lisa is a joy to be with. She has a fun sense of humor and is also very knowledgeable. I met Lisa in December when I was at a very low point in my life. I have struggled with weight most of my life and have tried different weight loss programs. I had a lot of head knowledge of what I needed to do, but I needed someone to keep me accountable.
I began emailing Lisa my food journal everyday. Knowing that I was going to tell someone everything that I put in my mouth made me think twice about food choices! I am however human and did make poor choices at times. Lisa never made a negative comment about my choices. She was such an encouragement to me that I wanted to do better.

For nearly the last ten years, Lisa has been my personal trainer. This long professional relationship began as a gift to me from my daughter after my retirement as an executive at a large medial device company. I share this because such a job kept me on the road constantly, eating too much, gaining unneeded weight and adding unwelcome physical stresses to my body. At the time of my retirement I had both a sore shoulder from carrying heavy bags and brief cases full of papers and a sore back from too much weight and poor posture.
My goal in working with Lisa was to ‘correct’ as much as possible the posture and tone of the muscles of my body, to improve my weight-induced poor posture, learn and maintain my postural balance and joint flexibility as I grew older so that I could enjoy my retirement years.
I am very pleased to say that I have managed to do all these things. I have lost the weight gained, but the most important factor has been the regular effort to work out under Lisa’s guidance in a manner that has helped me achieve my goals of better fitness during my retirement years. People often comment, thankfully, that I do not look my age. I presume because of my erect posture and general lack of physical constraints for someone my age. I am able to work ably along side much younger people and even still play a little basketball with grandkids!
My wife and I have been involved in mission work in Africa and have made more than twenty trips in ten years to Tanzania — this in itself would have been impossible were it not for your good physical health.

I really am thankful to have the chance to have met Lisa. She has been training my 83 year old client/friend for many years now in his house, which is great and convenient for him. Over the last few years his mobility has changed due to medical conditions but Lisa has help maintain and build his strength back up. Lisa’s enthusiasm and positive attitude keeps him motivated, engaged and she is able to tailors workouts to his personal needs. She is always thinking of ways to keep things interesting and beneficial for him, and in a way that he doesn’t even realize that he is working out at times. Lisa is a very good motivator and I’m truly impressed with the progress that has been made with my client/friend.
