Life Coach

My friend Tammy has dedicated almost 20 years to helping people with behavior modification, initially in the fitness industry. While working with hundreds of clients to lose weight, get stronger, run faster and eat better, she is now dedicated to helping them stretch further… in life! Setting yourself up to succeed in fitness, family, finances or business means keeping good habits around for years, not weeks. Being strong, active, mindful and in the moment can be a lifestyle. Tammy realized her fitness clients needed to position themselves for a lifestyle that could support and maintain the exercise and nutrition changes she asked of them. She is now coaching their whole life, instead of just one piece of it. She would be honored to meet you and help you experience the strong, active and mindful life that you truly deserve to experience!

From Tammy:

“As a Certified Life Coach, I help women master the multitude of demands on their time so they can be more productive at work and more present at home. Being pulled in different directions can be exhausting, leaving you feeling last. Pausing to breathe allows you to identify where you may need to make an adjustment. Together, we clear a path for you to live with intention, making purposeful choices instead of living out of habit. Giving you permission to take action and flex your “me first” muscles. Let me walk you through three phases to thriving, not just surviving. I’ll meet you where ever you’re at….but I won’t leave you there. Take your first intentional step by contacting me for your 30 minute free My Thriving LifeAssessment!”
